Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the SipSkip app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service SipSkip is a mobile application that allows users to purchase a one-time use pass that grants first priority when ordering drinks at a participating bar. To redeem the pass, the user must show the pass to the bartender.

Purchase and Redemption

Purchases made through the SipSkip app are final and non-refundable.

The SipSkip pass is valid only at the specified bar and for one-time use.

The pass must be presented to the bartender for redemption.

SipSkip does not guarantee that the user will be served immediately upon presenting the pass, as bar service times may vary.

User Conduct

Users agree to use the SipSkip app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for their own behavior while using the app and at the participating bars. SipSkip is not liable for any actions or misconduct of users.

Users agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to, attempting to resell passes or defraud the system.

Limitation of Liability

SipSkip is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by users as a result of using the app or redeeming the SipSkip pass.

SipSkip makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information provided through the app.

Intellectual Property

The SipSkip app, including but not limited to, the software, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the SipSkip app without prior written consent.
